For ready-to-wear orders, edits and cancellations are possible within 2 hours of placing the order. After that the order enters fulfilment and cannot be changed.

For made-to-measure and bespoke orders, changes are possible until we cut the fabric, typically within 24 hours. Contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page.

Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, domestic ATM cards, e-wallets (Momo, ZaloPay), and bank transfer. We also support PayPal for international customers. All payments are processed by certified gateways. We never store full card details.

If you have an account, all orders are listed in your account dashboard. Guest-checkout orders are linked from the order confirmation email, keep it for your records.

Made-to-measure adjusts a base pattern to your measurements, typically 2–4 weeks turnaround, more affordable.

Bespoke builds a unique pattern from scratch through 2–3 fittings, 6–8 weeks turnaround, the highest level of fit and finish.

Yes. Free fittings are available at our showrooms by appointment. Book through the Services page or call us directly.

Standard within Vietnam: 2–5 business days. Express: 1–2 days. International: 3–14 days depending on region. See the full breakdown on the Shipping page.

Yes, to most countries via DHL Express. Final cost depends on destination and weight, calculated at checkout. Import duties and local sales tax are paid by the recipient on delivery.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Order status is also visible in your account dashboard.

Ready-to-wear items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with all tags attached. We will refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.

Custom-tailored and made-to-measure pieces are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Take a photo of the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery via the Contact page. We will replace the item or refund, no questions asked, as fast as the courier can confirm.

Yes, within 14 days, for ready-to-wear items. Return the original, and we will ship the replacement size with free standard shipping. Custom pieces are not eligible for exchange.

No, guest checkout is supported. However, an account saves your measurements, addresses, and order history, and unlocks faster future checkouts.

Yes. Passwords are hashed, transport is HTTPS-encrypted, and we never sell your data. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.

Dry-clean sparingly, once or twice a season. Between cleans, brush with a clothes brush, hang on a wide wooden hanger, and let it rest 24 hours between wears. Spot-clean spills immediately with a damp cloth.

Yes, minor alterations on suits and shirts purchased from us are free within 30 days of delivery. Bring it to one of our showrooms. After 30 days a small fee applies.
