1. Use of the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Access is granted for the purpose of browsing and purchasing products on the site, subject to these terms.

You agree not to use the site for any commercial purpose, on behalf of a third party, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

2. Account & security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud, and to limit purchase quantities. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed by our secure payment partners. We do not store full card details.

5. Shipping & delivery

Lead times and costs are described on the Shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns & refunds

Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached. Custom-tailored and made-to-measure pieces are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and credited to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, text, images, logos, designs, is owned by us or licensed for our use, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content commercially without prior written permission.

8. User content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the site and our marketing. You confirm that any content you submit is your own and does not infringe third-party rights.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always applies and is dated at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
