Domestic shipping (Vietnam)

Orders over 5,000,000 VND ship free with standard shipping anywhere in Vietnam.
International shipping
We ship to most countries via DHL Express. Final cost depends on weight, destination, and any local duties, calculated at checkout.

Duties & taxes: import duties and local sales tax are not included in the shipping cost. They are paid by the recipient on delivery, per local regulations.
Made-to-measure and bespoke orders
Custom-tailored pieces take 3–6 weeks to produce before shipping. You will receive an estimated ready date when the order is confirmed, and shipping is added once production completes.
Order tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also check status anytime from your account dashboard.
Delivery issues
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and replace or refund as appropriate.
